Student Handbook

What do I eat? Lunches and snacks are up to you! Bring what you want to eat. We have a refrigerator and microwave available. If a student has a food allergy which can be impacted by other’s foods, we will accommodate their need for their well being.

What do I need to attend Sonship Academy?

First! A Heart to learn!

Then…the details:

  • Laptop to use Google Docs, email, and internet search

  • (mouse or touchpad screen)

  • headphones for laptop

  • ESV Bible for students to mark up

  • 7 Folders with pockets

  • Notebook Paper

  • Pens/Pencils

  • Water Bottle

  • Journal for Bible class

  • 3×5 cards

  • Assignment notebook

What do I wear?

Sonship Academy has a Code of Dress. This means we do not have actual uniforms, but we do have expectations!

Tops: Single color (no logos or graphics) white, light blue or navy, tops must go to hips, and may have any length of sleeve, provided tops of shoulders are covered.

Bottoms: Single color white, navy or khaki pants; shorts, skorts, or skirts that are no more than 3” above the knee (no logos or graphics)

Outside school experiences: When students are in PE our expectations is that they wear appropriate clothing for the sport. Field trips and community excursions, our code of dress applies.
